Search Jobs, The Computer Repair Technician is responsible for performing large-scale diagnostics, and repair of computer equipment, primarily Dell laptops and desktops. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet repair volume and quality targets in a fast-paced depot environment.
Roles & Responsibilities

 * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Dell laptops, desktops, and related hardware components.
 * Perform hardware replacements including keyboards, batteries, displays, memory, storage devices, and system boards.
 * Conduct functional testing and quality checks to ensure devices meet operational standards.
 * Document repair activities and update repair status within designated systems and tools.
 * Maintain accurate inventory records of parts, repaired devices, and work-in-progress assets.
 * Follow established repair procedures, quality standards, and security compliance requirements.
 * Support depot operations by assisting with asset movement, staging, and inventory activities as needed.
 * Meet daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining attention to detail.
 * Assist other operational teams and departments based on business needs.
