 * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

## Description

* Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
 * Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Support users with Microsoft 365/Office 365 applications.
 * Perform user account and access support using Active Directory/Azure AD/Entra ID.
 * Install, configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve tickets within established SLAs.
 * Assist with hardware refreshes, software installations, and endpoint deployments.
 * Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end users.
