## About the Role

* Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 * Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

Education and Experience

 * B.S. Degree in Software or Computer Engineering (or related field of study)
 * 1+ year experience.

ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Employee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without an accommodation.

 * light or sedentary work that will occasionally 1-33% require employee to lift/move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally 1-33% lift more than 20 lbs. to greater than 25 lbs.
 * Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving heavy equipment and/or supplies occasionally 1-33%
 * Reaching below the shoulder occasionally 1-33%.
 * Above-average agility and dexterity with the ability to hold, grasp and manipulate small parts and use hand and power tools occasionally 1-33%
 * Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and handle physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, repetitive motion, or similar activities.

## Description

SummaryDebugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software. Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing.
