The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration strategies, data migration, and nonprofit business processes including fundraising, donor management, grants management, volunteer engagement, and program delivery. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, administrators, developers, and implementation teams to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solutions., * Architect and design enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions utilizing: * Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud * Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) * Experience Cloud * Service Cloud * Marketing Cloud (preferred) Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including: * Data model design * Security architecture * Integration architecture * Application scalability and performance optimization Work closely with nonprofit stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Design integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms including: * Fundraising platforms * ERP/Finance systems * Marketing automation tools * Data warehouses Provide technical leadership to development teams and conduct architecture reviews. Define Salesforce development best practices, governance standards, and release processes. Lead data migration, cleansing, and transformation strategies. Support solution deployment, testing, and post-production enhancements. Create architecture documentation, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
