* 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll Systems, Reporting, or Data Analytics
 * Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another enterprise HRIS platform
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
 + VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
 + Pivot Tables
 + Data Validation
 + Formulas and Functions
 + Large Dataset Analysis
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, * Experience supporting HR, payroll, and workforce data reporting
 * Knowledge of HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes
 * Experience with data audits, process improvement, or HR technology implementations

## Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support HR operations, employee lifecycle transactions, reporting, and systems administration. This position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring seamless employee experiences throughout the employment lifecycle., * Manage employee lifecycle transactions within ADP Workforce Now, including:

 + Onboarding
 + New hire processing
 + Job changes
 + Transfers
 + Terminations
 * Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits, reporting, and quality control processes
 * Generate and analyze HR, payroll, and workforce reports
 * Partner with HR, Payroll, and business teams to resolve system and data issues
 * Support process improvements and HR systems initiatives
 * Assist with compliance reporting and documentation requirements
 * Review large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
