## About the Role

* Familiarity with NATO standards and defense procurement processes\n
 * Strong understanding of systems engineering and integration principles\n
 * Experience with test instrumentation and data acquisition tools\n
 * Familiarity with IBM DOORS\n
 * Comfortable working in office, shipyard, and onboard naval vessel environments, including confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions\n
 * Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance\n, * Experience with NATO naval programs or allied fleets\n
 * Certification in Systems Engineering (e.g., INCOSE)\n
 * Sea-going experience or naval background\n
 * Familiarity with risk management and safety case development\n
