Your efforts will launch quickly and have an immediate and obvious impact on those around you. You'll be working as a part of an engineering team responsible for developing and supporting tools, prototyping proofs of concept, and writing/reviewing technical design documents to meet the needs of our services teams. You will adhere to Google's software development best practices and work in close partnership with other project/product management and engineering teams. We are a team that provides efficient and delightful solutions for our support communities to increase the loyalty of the ecosystem of YouTube users. The team designs and develops a variety of tools and systems that are used by YouTube support agents, partners, and users. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $128000 - $184000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits, * Design, build, deploy, and improve elegant, scalable, and modern full-stack web applications using standard and Google-specific software development tools.
