Gaming and Hospitality industry experience preferred. Computer Skills Ability to learn and master employer-specific software; ability to keep up with innovation in application design. Proficiency in determining the root causes of application errors and resolving them Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, mathematical or schedule form. Age Requirement Must be at least 21 years of age. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. ## Description The Senior IT Engineer of Application Support is a technical leader responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining software that carries out business operations. They are responsible for keeping software programs up to date, making sure they perform at optimal levels, and troubleshooting issues whenever they occur. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
