Job Category Job Family Information Technology Shift Requires the ability to work assigned schedules and hours as determined by the department ## Description Job Summary A Systems Engineer I is primarily responsible for the health and maintenance of the data center, cloud and desktop infrastructure within Monument Health. A Systems Engineer I is responsible for needs assessment and implementation of key data center services including servers, storage, cloud, and desktop infrastructure technology. A Systems Engineer I is responsible for troubleshooting the data center, storage, cloud, and desktop infrastructure as first tier support, escalating or resolving issues utilizing various system tools., * Provide support to the organization, division, and peers as a critical function of all IT professionals. Support includes day-to-day peer level support, emergent after hours support, and any support required to maintain highly reliable IT systems. * Document processes and activities appropriately to maintain highly reliable IT systems.
