o Systems Engineering
o Computer Engineering / Computer Science
o Electrical Engineering
o Aerospace Engineering
o Mechanical Engineering
o Mathematics
o Physics

 * 5-7 years of experience in discipline
 * Proficiency in any combination of the following skills:
o Unix/Linux Operating Systems
o Integrated Development Environment (e.g., VSCode, Eclipse)
o Git and/or GitLab
o C++
o Java
o Python
o MATLAB

 * Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., SysML, Cameo)
 * Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., JIRA, Scrum, Atlassian)
 * Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 * Strong mathematics, physics, data analysis, or data-mining techniques
 * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, * Laboratory experience (hands on testing, instrumentation, or experimental setups)
 * Familiarity with SW reliability, high availability, recovery
 * Experience with, or knowledge of, Aegis, missile communications, track filtering, navigation systems, weapon management
 * Experience with issue investigation and defect correction
 * Experience in containerized development (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
 * Experience with data analysis (e.g., data mining, statistical analysis, or related tools)
 * Willingness to travel and support off hours lab events or customer engagements

## Description

* Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to perform activities including:
o System trade studies and associated analyses, as well as analyses of alternatives
o System performance modeling and analyses
o System Interface Design and associated Functional Modeling and Decomposition

 * Requirements Verification Test
 * Participation in engineering technical reviews
 * Document work and artifacts in Engineering Data SDR
 * Work onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility
