Preferred Experience * Direct experience with federal agency financial operations. * Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or CPA certification. * Experience supporting federal audit response (financial statement audits, A-123 testing). * Federal or public-sector budget formulation experience, including appropriations, operating plans, spend plans, or multi-year planning. * Experience with Hyperion-to-Cloud EPM migration and modernization. * Oracle Cloud EPM certification. * Active federal Public Trust or security clearance. Security & Eligibility Requirements * Must be able to pass a federal background check * Ability to obtain and maintain the federal government suitability or security clearance required for the assigned project * S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (no visa sponsorship available) ## Description This role combines what were previously two separate roles into one: the Oracle Cloud EPM technical builder (application configuration, Calculation Manager, Essbase, Groovy, data integration) and the federal accounting expert who makes sure the numbers and controls are right (GL, reporting, reconciliations, A-123/internal controls and audits). This combination works because the two skill sets share real overlap - both require fluency in Oracle Federal Financials/EBS and in how federal financial data flows between systems. Functional and architectural direction comes from the Senior Functional Lead and Solution Architect; this role owns turning that direction into a working system and making sure the resulting numbers and controls are accurate.
