## Description

Join our team as a Sr. IT DevSecOps Engineer and play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing our Jira Cloud environment. This position offers the chance to collaborate with technology and DevSecOps teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance platform reliability.
Responsibilities

 * Administer and enhance Jira Cloud instances, ensuring efficient user management and robust security protocols.
 * Design and maintain project workflows, screens, issue types, and notification schemes to boost operational efficiency.
 * Install and configure Marketplace apps/plugins to meet diverse project requirements.
 * Monitor system performance and implement strategies for optimization and reliability.
 * Create technical documentation and knowledge articles to support user training and operational procedures.
 * Collaborate with technology and DevSecOps teams to implement scalable solutions and improve workflows.
 * Ensure compliance with security policies and governance standards across the platform.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.
