You'll work alongside experienced technical leadership and play an important role in both project execution and strategic growth. ## Description The AAIM Lab is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to support a growing portfolio of artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. This role is intended for a technically strong, adaptable professional who can contribute to AI/ML research and development efforts while also supporting proposals, white papers, and business development activities. This position will play an important role in both the execution of technical work and the growth of new opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring strong AI/ML and computer science expertise, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in both project and proposal environments. We are seeking someone who is not only technically capable, but also a strong team fit-someone who can help carry higher-level technical workload, collaborate effectively, and contribute to the long-term success of the lab.
