This role is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development., * Strong experience in WebMethods platform upgrade and migration projects, specifically 10.x to 12.x migrations, including assessment, remediation, compatibility analysis, code refactoring, testing, deployment planning, and production cutover support. * Deep expertise in integration development, enhancements, production support, troubleshooting, and emergency issue resolution. * Proven ability to design, architect, and lead enterprise integration solutions while managing delivery outcomes across globally distributed teams. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, story point estimation, code reviews, and release management activities. * Ability to act as a technical advisor, driving integration modernization initiatives through new development, enhancements, platform upgrades, and architectural improvements.
