Candidates must be eligible to obtain/maintain an active Secret clearance* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, physics, Mathematics, or another STEM-related discipline with 14+ years of experience, OR* Master's degree with 12+ years of experience, OR* PhD with 10+ years of experience* An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree* Active US Government Secret Clearance* Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP)* Experience leading multidis, integration, and test activities across the program lifecycle* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders* Demonstrated leadership experience in complex engineering environments
