As a Retail Systems Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring products are accurately created, maintained, and supported across our retail systems before they ever reach the store shelves. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and bringing structure to complex processes. You'll partner closely with Retail, Supply Chain, IT, and Merchandising teams to maintain product integrity, support system enhancements, and ensure stores have the information they need to operate efficiently and compliantly. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working behind the scenes to improve processes and support business operations, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a multi-state retail organization What You'll Do * Own product creation, setup, and maintenance within MJ Freeway and other seed-to-sale systems across assigned markets. * Ensure new products are accurately configured and available in retail systems prior to arriving in stores. * Partner with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to gather, validate, and maintain product information including pricing, cost, product attributes, and compliance requirements. * Maintain product master data and ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all retail locations. * Serve as the primary point of contact for product setup requests and product-related system support. * Identify opportunities to improve product creation workflows, data quality, and operational efficiency. * Support store teams through training, documentation, and communication related to product setup processes and system updates. * Assist with the implementation and adoption of new retail systems, tools, and product management processes. * Analyze large data sets to troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and support business decisions. * Travel up to 25% as needed to support business initiatives and market needs., What interests you most about working with Curaleaf?* How many years of experience do you have working in the cannabis industry?* Select...
