* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.\n
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Social Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or another field emphasizing advanced data analytics.\n
 * One of the following:\n
\n

 + Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of advanced data analytics experience.\n
 + Master's degree with 6+ years of advanced data analytics experience.\n
 + Associate's degree with 13+ years of advanced data analytics experience.\n
\n

 * Experience cleaning, preparing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.\n
 * Experience identifying trends and translating data into meaningful business insights.\n
 * Experience developing performance measures and executive dashboards.\n
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior stakeholders.\n
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.\n
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\n, * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.\n
 * Experience with SQL, MS Access, Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.\n
 * Experience supporting Intelligence Community customers or workforce analytics initiatives.\n
 * Experience producing executive-level visualizations, charts, and presentations.\n
 * Familiarity with survey methodology, employee engagement research, organizational assessments, or workforce studies.\n
 * Experience using AI-enabled analytic tools or Large Language Models to support qualitative data analysis.\n
