* Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Computer Science\n
 * Minimum 10 years' experience as Design Engineer and/or Systems Engineer\n
 * Demonstrated organizational, facilitation and leadership skills\n
 * Proven record of concurrently managing projects, monitoring progress and quality\n
 * Clear thinking, open to innovative ideas and demonstrated experience in the implementation of new tools and processes\n, * Demonstrated change management experience within Gas Power organization, proficient in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) GTCC tool\n
 * Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with Design Engineering, Project Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain and Services Parts teams\n
