If you have a passion for Hybrid Multicloud Technologies and a knack for helping customers understand them; we want to talk to you!, * 3+ years of management experience or equivalent * 5-7+ years of experience in a Presales customer-facing technical role * Bachelor's Degree, and working knowledge of Information Technology, or equivalent experience * Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams to hitting their goals * Excellent people management skills; high empathy and consideration for team morale and member's career progression * Technical experience with virtualization technologies, data center consolidation, and/or server technologies will prepare you for our environment * Ability to assimilate new technologies and have proven customer-facing skills at both the C-level and line management level * Team player with a zealous drive * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with cross-functional partners * A structured thinker with excellent presentation and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency, and execute detailed action plans * Highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrity. * Collaborative and love belonging to a high-achieving sales team. ## Description Nutanix (NTNX) is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Manager, Inside Systems Engineering to manage a team of Presales Systems Engineers as part of the sales organization to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer success. As part of our SE early career program, you'll oversee the development and engagement of Inside Systems Engineers who have responsibility for educating, consulting, assessing, architecting, and proposing Nutanix solutions with technical decision makers across all business segments. You'll play an integral role in partnering with the Inside Sales Managers, sales, product, and engineering teams to bring the maximum value of our Nutanix solutions to market and manage escalations for our customers and partners.
