Key responsibilities include handling trading and operational activities before deadlines, maintaining internal systems and providing operational support to internal partners. Job expectations include maintaining a high degree of accuracy with customers and data to ensure compliance with regulations and policies., Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of proxy voting events and Class Action mailings. This role supports the end-to-end lifecycle and event notification activities, including event capture, validation, reconciliation, client communication, election processing, exception management, and adherence to regulatory and operational risk requirements.
