You will work directly with sales, engineering, and manufacturing personnel in the custom design of sports equipment, per customer specification and engineering feasibility. You will be expected to learn both project submittals and preparation for production as described below, to contribute through seasonality where the workload is heaviest. Responsibilities and Duties: General Duties · Manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time.
