Preferred qualifications: * 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects. * Experience leading process transformation and product strategy. * Strong engineering background with the ability to partner as a peer to partner with Principal Engineers, Distinguished Engineers, and Fellows, deep diving into complex architectural problems as needed. * Ability to synthesize technical insights to influence executive leadership and align cross-functional engineering teams without direct authority., As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will lead priority technical programs that deliver AI transformation and increase Googler velocity, deliver foundational infrastructure, and drive security, compliance, and governance across the company. You will navigate deep ambiguity, drive long-term technical strategy, and coordinate complex execution across a broad ecosystem. You will demonstrate exceptional technical judgment, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and scale across the complete software development lifecycle. In this role, you will grow in ambiguity and complexity across all dimensions (including technical, product, and organizational). The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google.
