## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical test equipment development, PCB design, schematic capture, and automated test software development, along with the ability to contribute effectively in a process-driven environment., * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or another STEM discipline.

 * Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
 * Experience with electrical test instruments and test equipment.
 * Strong knowledge of one or more of the following disciplines:
 * RF Systems
 * Power Electronics
 * Digital Logic
 * Analog Circuit Design
 * Experience with automated test software development.
 * Experience with schematic capture and PCB design.

Required Technical Skills

 * Automated test development
 * PCB design
 * Schematic capture
 * Hardware test and troubleshooting
 * Automated test software (C/C++, C#, LabVIEW, and/or TestStand)
 * ORCAD and/or Cadence Allegro, * Experience leading technical projects or engineering work packages.
 * Familiarity with project cost and schedule management tools and methodologies (EVMS, Microsoft Project, etc.).
 * Experience working within structured product development lifecycles and highly regulated engineering environments.
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

Our client is seeking a Electrical Test Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team responsible for the design, integration, and deployment of advanced test equipment used in complex manufacturing and sustainment environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on highly technical projects involving electrical hardware, automated test solutions, and system-level integration within a team-oriented engineering organization., * Design and develop electrical test stations, fixtures, and automated test solutions.

 * Create electrical schematics and PCB designs utilizing industry-standard design tools.
 * Develop and maintain automated test software using technologies such as C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, and/or TestStand.
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams specializing in RF, power, digital, and analog technologies.
 * Participate in project planning, technical reviews, and design meetings.
 * Track and communicate project status and technical progress to project leadership.
 * Support integration, troubleshooting, validation, and deployment activities.
