*** **Familiarity with large language models, vector search, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.

## Description

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Agentic AI to drive the design and delivery of scalable software solutions that combine .NET engineering with modern Generative AI capabilities. This role will lead technical execution, guide development teams, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to build maintainable, enterprise-ready applications using Python, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, and FastAPI.

*** **Lead the hands-on development and implementation of software projects using .NET and Agentic AI technologies.

*** **Design and build Generative AI solutions using Python, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and FastAPI.

*** **Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams while promoting engineering best practices and high-quality delivery standards.

*** **Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to define scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs.

*** **Translate business and technical requirements into clear implementation approaches and reusable software components.

*** **Support technical reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

*** **Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate appropriate capabilities into the engineering roadmap.

*** **Communicate technical decisions, risks, and progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
