This includes proactively monitoring network infrastructure and critical services, identifying performance degradation and outages, coordinating Tier 1-3 troubleshooting and escalation, managing operational priorities, tracking incidents through resolution, and ensuring established SLAs, availability targets, and performance standards are consistently achieved for the USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program supporting the USCENTCOM J6 in Tampa, FL.
