## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
 * 3+ years supporting MES or manufacturing systems in a production environment.
 * Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments such as medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology.
 * Experience with industrial automation and manufacturing control systems.
 * Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Ignition Platform
 * Wonderware / AVEVA Historian
 * SQL Server, SSRS, Stored Procedures, and SQL Queries
 * PLC/HMI interfaces
 * Manufacturing reporting and analytics
 * ERP integration experience
 * OPC-UA and Ethernet/IP communications
 * VB.NET or VB6 experience

## Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), automation systems, and production applications within a regulated manufacturing environment. This position will partner with operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, and IT teams to ensure critical production systems remain reliable, compliant, and optimized for manufacturing performance., * Provide technical support for MES, manufacturing automation, and production information systems.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing system issues to support uninterrupted production.
 * Support MES functionality including workflows, data collection, equipment integration, and production records.
 * Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and OEE.
 * Assist with equipment commissioning, startup activities, and system upgrades.
 * Support integration between MES, ERP systems, and shop floor equipment.
 * Develop and maintain production dashboards, reports, and manufacturing metrics.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
 * Support electronic batch records (EBR), electronic device history records (eDHR), and manufacturing documentation systems.
 * Provide training and technical guidance to manufacturing personnel.
