Each day, you will analyze user support data to sharpen our IT systems delivery across five business areas. This is a role for a builder-operator, not a coordinator. You will own six interconnected functions that define how the IT Business Systems team runs, how the business perceives it, and how effectively it serves its users. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on continued investment in the team. You will be mainly accountable for: * Business reviews: Monthly packages for five business areas across two user groups. A decision forum, not a status dump. * Budget: Owns and reconciles the team budget monthly. Contractor forecasting is the hard part. * Intake governance: Runs the APT process.
