## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische / wirtschaftliche Ausbildung bzw. mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Service Delivery Management, IT-Kundenmanagement oder IT-Vertrieb
 * Erfahrung mit IT Infrastrukturen und Managed Services (Rechenzentrumsbetrieb, Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Collaboration Services, Clientmanagement)

## Description

Für einen etablierten IT Dienstleister mit Sitz in Wien suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Senior IT Service Delivery Manager (w/m/d). In dieser Rolle steuern Sie komplexe IT Service Landschaften, agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Fachbereichen und Vertrieb und verantworten die erfolgreiche Erbringung sowie Weiterentwicklung von IT Services.

 * Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung eines zugeordneten Kundenportfolios
 * Betreuung von IT-Services mit Fokus auf Rechenzentrum, Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Collaboration Services und Client Management
 * Sicherstellung der vertragskonformen Leistungserbringung und Servicequalität
 * Kundenkommunikation sowie Eskalationsmanagement
 * Unterstützung bei Accountplanung, Strategieentwicklung und Geschäftsausbau
 * Begleitung von Angeboten, Vertragsmanagement und Maßnahmen zur Serviceverbesserung
