* 10+ years of experience in IT, with significant leadership responsibility
 * Experience leading IT within a large, multinational organization
 * Strong background across IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and technology transformation
 * Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and complex technology environments
 * Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
 * Ability to operate effectively across both local and regional/global environments
 * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

Preferred

 * Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
 * Previous country, regional, or enterprise IT leadership experience
 * Experience leading technology transformation in a complex multinational organization
 * Strong understanding of cybersecurity, governance, and IT risk
 * Excellent English communication skills

## Description

* Lead the overall IT strategy and operations across Thailand.
 * Act as the senior technology partner to country and business leadership.
 * Ensure reliable, secure, and effective IT services across the organization.
 * Oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, end-user services, and technology operations.
 * Drive technology transformation and modernization initiatives aligned with business priorities.
 * Establish strong IT governance, standards, policies, and risk management.
 * Lead and develop the local IT organization and technology capabilities..
 * Manage strategic technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
 * Oversee IT budgets, investments, and resource planning.
 * Work closely with regional and global technology teams on enterprise initiatives.
 * Identify opportunities where technology can improve business performance, efficiency, and scalability.
