You will oversee multiple engineering teams responsible for systems at the heart of billing, contracts, customer operations, and security services. The role combines strategic platform ownership with hands-on technical understanding and strong people leadership. You will guide engineering managers, strengthen delivery practices, and ensure teams consistently achieve high standards of quality and reliability. Working across engineering and business functions, you will translate organizational needs into scalable product roadmaps and technical outcomes.
