## About the Role

Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience en maintenance et réparation Hardware, notamment sur des ordinateurs ou du matériel informatique.

Titulaire du permis B, obligatoire pour le poste, en raison des déplacements fréquents.

## Description

n itinérance sur différents points de vente et enseignes partenaires, vous serez chargé(e) d'assurer les interventions techniques et le dépannage du matériel informatique et monétique.

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront :

 - Effectuer le diagnostic et la réparation de matériel informatique ;

 - Intervenir sur les caisses enregistreuses et leurs équipements associés ;

 - Assurer le dépannage des TPE (terminaux de paiement électronique) ;

 - Diagnostiquer et réparer les PC et périphériques ;

 - Assurer les interventions sur les imprimantes ;

 - Remplacer les composants défectueux et effectuer les opérations de maintenance nécessaires ;

 - Renseigner les comptes rendus d'intervention et assurer le suivi des incidents ;

 - Intervenir directement sur site dans le respect des procédures du client.
