## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician, Server Technician, or similar role
 * Hands-on experience (or equivalent) in implementing and administrating MS technologies like Windows Server and Active Directory
 * Ability to work with limited oversite and direction across a variety of server, storage, and network hardware types
 * Experience working with enterprise-level IT infrastructure
 * Good monitoring skills, preferable experience (or equivalent) with PRTG
 * Strong knowledge of data center hardware and software, including servers, switches, and storage systems
 * Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols

## Description

Hemmersbach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Centre Technician to join our team. As a Data Center Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, working with data centers, servers, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure., * Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location, with a focus on data centers, servers, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure

 * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for data centers, servers, and other peripherals
 * Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware, including servers, switches, and storage systems
 * Participate in project rollouts and deployments, working with data centers and other enterprise-level IT infrastructure
 * Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment
 * Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
