## About the Role

Solide Kenntnisse allgemeiner Netzwerkprotokolle und -konzepte (TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, DNS/DHCP/ect.., BGP), sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse von Firewalls.

 - Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Produkten der folgenden Hersteller: Cisco: Erfahrung in der Administration und Fehlersuche auf Cisco-Plattformen, und/oder Check Point: Praktisches Know-how (in den letzten 3 Jahren) im Umgang mit Checkpoint Firewalls, und/oder F5: Verständnis von Load Balancing (F5 BIG-IP) und optional auch Application Delivery Controllern.
 - Strukturierte, analytische Herangehensweise an Störungsmeldungen sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Anwender- und Teamkontakt.
 - Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte präzise und verständlich schriftlich festzuhalten
 - Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
 - Aktiver Austausch in internen Communities inkl. Teilnahme an TechSessions und Rufbereitschaft.

## Description

First Contact & Incident Handling: Erfassung, Priorisierung und Erstbearbeitung von Netzwerk-Incidents im Ticket-System.

 - Erstanalysen & Troubleshooting: Durchführung von Diagnose- und Entstörungsmaßnahmen in komplexen Netzwerkstrukturen. - Schnittstellenfunktion: Qualifizierte Weiterleitung und Übergabe von Anfragen an Second- und Third-Level-Teams bei tiefergehenden Problemen.
 - Dokumentation: Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Betriebs- und Incident-Dokumentationen sowie Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
