## Description

Du verantwortest zentrale Entwicklungsbereiche außerhalb der eigentlichen Voice-Skill-Entwicklung - von der API- und Systemintegration über die Weiterentwicklung unserer Benutzeroberflächen bis hin zur Integration moderner KI- und LLM-Technologien.

 * Konzeption, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung eigener REST-APIs sowie Integration heterogener Drittsysteme (PMS, Buchungs-/eCommerce-Tools, Destinationsdatenquellen)
 * Weiterentwicklung der GUI/Frontend-Komponenten von RoomGrid (Dashboard, Content-Manager, Device-Manager u. a.) in JavaScript/TypeScript
 * Praktische Integration und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Technologien: LLMs, RAG, Embeddings und Vector Stores für kontextuelle, KI-gestützte Anwendungen
 * Idealerweise Anbindung KI-gestützter Tools/Schnittstellen über das Model Context Protocol (MCP)
 * Mitarbeit an Backend, Datenbanken sowie Docker-/CI-CD-Infrastruktur je nach Bedarf
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam

 * Property-Management- & Backend-Systeme der Hotels (PMS-Konnektivität)
 * Voice-Enabled Devices der großen Ökosysteme: Amazon Alexa, Google, Samsung, Apple
 * Destination-Daten (Events, Attraktionen, POIs) für kontextuelle Antworten
 * ECommerce-, Reservierungs- und weitere externe Provider-Schnittstellen
 * Interne Module: Voice Content Manager, Campaign Scheduler, Device Manager, Ticket-System, Dashboard & Analytics

Für die KI-gestützten, kontextuellen Echtzeit-Antworten unseres Sprachassistenten setzen wir auf LLM-, RAG- und Embedding-/Vector-Store-Technologien - bei strikter Wahrung des Datenschutzes: Es werden keine Gespräche aufgezeichnet und keine personenbezogenen oder finanziellen Daten gespeichert. In der aktuellen Skalierungsphase (2026-2028) bauen wir zusätzlich eigene Hardware- und Hosting-Infrastruktur auf., * Erfahrung mit dem Model Context Protocol (MCP) und der Entwicklung KI-gestützter Anwendungen und Schnittstellen
