## Description

* Administration und Betreuung des ERP-Systems Microsoft Dynamics D365, inklusive Fehleranalyse, Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement sowie Koordination von Schnittstellen und Systemprozessen
 * Administration der IT-Systemlandschaft (eigens entwickeltes PIM, Carlo, etc.)
 * Verantwortung für das Releasemanagement, Berechtigungen und Incidentmanagement
 * Überwachung und Analyse von Batch-Jobs, Schnittstellen und Staging-Prozessen
 * Koordination der Anforderungen und Kommunikation zwischen internen Ansprechpartnern, IT und externen Dienstleistern
 * Weiterentwicklung der Systeme und IT-Prozesse
