Reporting to the SVP Transformation Lead for International, you will play a key role in identifying how Artificial Intelligence, automation and emerging technologies can improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences and deliver measurable business value. Working closely with Operations, Technology, Product and business leaders, you will translate strategic priorities into practical transformation initiatives that support growth across the organisation. We are looking for a curious, analytical and business-oriented transformation professional who is passionate about innovation and understands how emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, can accelerate business transformation. Beyond strong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities, you will be comfortable challenging the status quo, exploring new ideas and helping business teams embrace modern ways of working. You will bring proven experience gained within business transformation, consulting, project management or a similar environment, together with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across complex organisations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges and identifying opportunities where technology can transform how work gets done. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technology capabilities, you will lead requirements gathering, facilitate workshops and analyse processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
