## About the Role

* Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
 * Expertise with web mapping technologies such as Mapbox, Leaflet, OpenLayers or Esri APIs.
 * Experience building user-focused web applications and working with modern frameworks.
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
 * Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) or spatial databases is beneficial.
 * Exposure to mentoring or client-facing delivery is an advantage., All employees require a BPSS check. The role may be subject to UK Security Vetting at SC level; candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo clearance.

## Description

As a Geospatial Developer you will design and build modern web-based mapping applications that support infrastructure and environmental programmes. You will work alongside developers, data specialists and geospatial experts to deliver user-focused, scalable, and robust solutions., * Build web-mapping applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and mapping libraries such as Mapbox, Leaflet, OpenLayers or Esri APIs.

 * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable and user-centric.
 * Mentor junior developers, share knowledge and help shape team best practice.
 * Engage with clients to translate technical solutions into meaningful outcomes.
