## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience with SQL and relational databases
 * Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and API integrations (REST/JSON)
 * Commercial experience with C#, Angular and Razor
 * Experience integrating with enterprise systems (student records, finance, access control, etc.)
 * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
 * Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
 * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, Physics or a related discipline is highly desirable

## Description

* Design, develop and maintain integrations, imports and exports between core systems
 * Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to capture requirements and deliver scalable solutions
 * Provide 3rd line support, including root cause analysis, bug fixing and performance tuning
 * Contribute to the ongoing integration strategy and tooling improvements
 * Support client onboarding and feature rollouts
 * Produce clear technical documentation and knowledge sharing
 * Participate in a support rota covering UK and CST hours, Keywords - Integration Developer / Support Developer / Systems Integration Engineer / Application Support Engineer / Software Engineer / API Developer / Backend Developer / SQL Developer / C# / Angular / Razor / PowerShell / REST / JSON / Enterprise Systems / Higher Education Tech / Finance Systems / Access Control / Third Line Support / 3rd-Line
