## About the Role

Do you have experience in VoIP?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 * 5-7 years of experience supporting diverse software/hardware products
 * Proficiency in Microsoft O365 Suite, particularly OneDrive
 * Expertise in rebuilding and configuring desktops and laptops.
 * Ability to install and manage network printers
 * Knowledge of network protocols and shares
 * Experience with VMWare virtualization technology
 * Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
 * Competence in Outlook/Exchange for email and communication systems
 * Understanding of Cisco VOIP systems
 * Proficiency in managing Terminal Servers
 * Strong troubleshooting abilities
 * Preferable knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
 * Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches is advantageous

Education and/or Experience (required):

 * Bachelor's/Associate's degree in IT, CS, MIS, or equivalent work experience
 * Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements:

 * Must be able to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone regularly.
 * Requires frequent sitting and reaching with hands and arms.
 * Occasional standing and walking may be required.
 * Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
 * Specific vision abilities such as close vision and ability to adjust focus are necessary for this role.
 * Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

## Description

* Provide comprehensive day-to-day support for desktop systems and related infrastructure at our Westpark location, including hardware, software, and network components.
 * Coordinate and execute installations, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
 * Facilitate the creation and management of Active Directory (AD) accounts/users and Exchange accounts/mailboxes within O365 and on-premise servers, ensuring seamless access and communication capabilities for users.
 * Travel to our Greens Rd. location as needed to address support issues and maintain consistency across sites.
