background., * At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, ideally within a Service

Operation Center environment.

 * Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
 * Cloud: AWS, Azure
 * Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
 * Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
 * Willingness and ability to work in 24/7 shift schedules.

Required Languages

 * German: B2
 * English: B1/B2

## Description

* Design, implement, and maintain integrated IT systems supporting business operations.

Maintenance & Support

 * Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through continuous maintenance

and support.

Troubleshooting

 * Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational

continuity.

Monitoring

 * Proactively monitor system performance, availability, and security, and implement

improvements when necessary.

Documentation

 * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows

and technical procedures.

Collaboration

 * Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support integrated, cohesive system

environments.

Compliance

 * Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including KRITIS and DORA
