Ability to engage effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams . * Experience working across the full produc tlifecycle , from business requirements and solution design through implementation , testing , deployment and continuous improvement , with demonstrated ability to operate in fast -paced environments with multiple competing priorities . * Strong analytical , communication and problem-solving skills , with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset . * Fluent Spanish and English required . French is a plus. ## Description * Define and own the vision,strategyand roadmap of ST PowerIberiaoperational and trading systems, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives,technical constraints,regulatoryrequirementsand portfolio growth ambitions. * Serve as the primary interface between traders, analysts, operations teams, IT delivery teams and external partners to understand& formalizebusiness needs, challenge requirements and align stakeholders on priorities. * Own and prioritize the product backlogs, making trade-off decisions based on business value, operational risks, technicalconstraintsand delivery capacity. * Identifyopportunities to enhance operational efficiency, automation and decision-making capabilities through product evolution and digital innovation.
