## About the Role

Un/a Full Stack Developer Senior con especial dominio de Laravel y PHP, experiencia sólida en frontend y especial interés -o experiencia- en el desarrollo de productos basados en Inteligencia Artificial e IA conversacional. Necesitamos que tengas experiencia en las siguientes tecnologías:

 * Laravel / PHP: desarrollo backend, APIs y lógica de negocio.
 * React / TypeScript: desarrollo de interfaces web y aplicaciones frontend.
 * SQL / Bases de datos: gestión, consulta y optimización de datos.
 * Testing: pruebas unitarias y de integración.
 * LLMs / APIs de IA: integración de modelos de Inteligencia Artificial en producto.
 * Voice Agents: desarrollo de asistentes y experiencias conversacionales por voz.
 * Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech: reconocimiento y generación de voz.
 * RAG / Embeddings: búsqueda y recuperación inteligente de información.
 * Agentes de IA: automatización y ejecución de tareas mediante agentes.
 * Docker: gestión de entornos y contenedores.
 * CI/CD: automatización de despliegues.
 * Git: control de versiones y trabajo colaborativo.

Además, buscamos una persona con mentalidad senior, autonomía, ownership, capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas, comunicarse con claridad y acompañar al resto del equipo.
