Are you passionate about turning data into actionable business value? We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and drive the development of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that solve complex business challenges. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full data science lifecycle, from exploration and modelling to deployment and business adoption., + Strong experience in Machine Learning and statistical modelling.

 + Proven expertise in forecasting, optimisation, clustering, regression, recommendation systems, and other advanced analytics techniques.
 + Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
 + Hands-on experience working with Databricks and large-scale datasets.
 + Experience with model selection, validation, performance evaluation, and explainability methodologies.
 + Experience building and maintaining production-grade ML pipelines.
 + Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
 + Strong business mindset with the ability to connect analytical solutions to tangible business outcomes.
 + Fluency in English and Spanish.
Nice to Have

 + Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
 + Experience in commercial use cases such as pricing, forecasting, assortment optimisation, or supply chain optimisation.

## Description

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will focus on traditional Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics initiatives, working with large-scale datasets to develop and deploy production-ready solutions. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, build analytical products, and translate insights into measurable business value. This role is primarily focused on classical Machine Learning rather than Generative AI or Large Language Models.
What You'll Do

 + Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics solutions.
 + Explore, prepare, and analyse large-scale datasets to uncover insights and business opportunities.
 + Build and optimize models including forecasting, optimisation, clustering, regression, and recommendation solutions.
 + Design and implement scalable ML pipelines, including deployment, monitoring, and performance tracking in production environments.
 + Evaluate model performance through robust validation, testing, explainability, and model selection techniques.
 + Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure analytical solutions address real-world challenges and deliver measurable value.
