Our partner is looking for a Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused) based in Spain. This is a high-impact technical leadership opportunity within a fast-growing fintech environment. You will shape backend architecture, technical standards, and the engineering roadmap while remaining hands-on. The role combines team leadership with the design and delivery of scalable, reliable APIs and distributed systems. You'll work closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other stakeholders to turn business needs into robust solutions. You'll also help introduce AI-powered development practices that improve engineering velocity and product quality.
