## About the Role

* Frontend & Logic: Advanced Stack: Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and Next.js.
 * UI/UX Implementation: Expertise in CSS-in-JS (Emotion), component libraries, design systems, Storybook, and Accessibility standards.
 * Testing: Experience writing unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
 * Design Tools: Familiarity with Figma for translating designs into functional code.
 * Systems & Infrastructure: Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar software development role.
 * Database Management: Good understanding of relational engines (SQL Server or PostgreSQL).
 * AWS & DevOps: Knowledge of managing AWS assets, preferably via Terraform or YAML pipelines.
 * Legacy Support: Familiarity with C# and Microsoft .Net framework to support and transition existing systems.
 * Core Principles: Strong knowledge of OOP principles and security best practices., * Backend Development: Experience with Node.js and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis).
 * API Design: Familiarity with GraphQL and complex API integrations.
 * Monitoring & Tools: Experience with database monitoring tools (SolarWinds/RedGate) and diverse source control (Git/TFVC).
 * AI Tooling Proficiency : Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
