In this role, you will create reliability initiatives across the lifecycle of critical grid automation embedded and software products, including protection relays, control devices, digital substation solutions, and advanced software platforms. You will lead cross functional teams to apply best-in-class reliability engineering methodologies to ensure system resilience, regulatory compliance, and long-term field performance.
