## Description

* Durchführung von Rollout-Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Migration auf Windows 11
 * Austausch, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Notebooks, PCs und weiteren Client-Systemen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Test von Standardsoftware zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
 * Betreuung und Unterstützung der Anwender während und nach der Umstellung im Rahmen des Hypercare-Supports
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Bereitstellung von Softwarepaketen über Microsoft Intune
 * Analyse, Bearbeitung und Behebung von Störungen im Client-Umfeld
 * Unterstützung im 1st-Level-Support über ein Ticketsystem, E-Mail und Telefon sowie Weiterleitung komplexerer Anfragen an den 2nd-Level-Support
 * Dokumentation von Tätigkeiten, Störungen und Lösungswegen gemäß den internen Vorgaben
