 * Durchführung von Mandanten- und Systemkopien sowie Kern-Updates
 * Allgemeine Unterstützung, Ticketbearbeitung und Assistenz in der Übergangsphase
 * Abstimmung mit anderen Betriebsteams (z. B. Backup, Infrastruktur) und Pflege von Betriebshandbüchern
