 * Be an early applicant, * Administration, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Optimierung der modernen IT-Arbeitsplatzumgebung am Standort Rheinberg (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams Phone, Mobile Devices und Peripherie)
 * Umsetzung von Hardware-, Software- und Lifecycle-Rollouts unter Einsatz moderner Managementlösungen wie Microsoft Intune
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests sowie IMAC/D-Prozessen im First- und Second-Level-Support für den gesamten IT-Infrastrukturbereich
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen, Betriebsanweisungen und Knowledge-Base-Artikel
