## Description

* Bearbeitung, Analyse und Priorisierung eingehender IT Anfragen im Service Desk
 * Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen rund um Hard und Software sowie Betreuung von Clients und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Incident, Problem und Change Management Prozessen sowie Überwachung vereinbarter Service Levels
 * Pflege des Servicekatalogs und der Wissensdatenbank sowie Vorbereitung von Service Review Gesprächen
 * Mitarbeit an IT Projekten sowie Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Hardware, Software, Lizenzen und Zertifikaten
